Working together
to create exponential impact

The ecosystem-first approach is what differentiates eGov from other organisations. We aim to create networks of trust and partnership that enhance local capacity to solve problems so that the diverse challenges in public service delivery can be met by a wide range of local solutions, each effective in its context. Our open digital ecosystem of 50+ Partners enhance capacity locally to solve problems at scale.

Our partner ecosystem

Government Partners

We collaborate with governments along with technology & program partners. Our work focuses on understanding the specific needs of each region, and ensuring the right product, solution or platform is effectively used to create digital public infrastructure (DPIs) that can enhance public service delivery.

SI Partners

System integrators bring the expertise to deploy and scale digital solutions across diverse contexts, ensuring platforms are customised and integrated with existing systems. Their role is critical in enabling reliable implementation and long-term sustainability.

Program Partners

Program partners work closely with governments to support implementation on the ground, providing operational and programmatic expertise. They help ensure solutions are delivered, monitored, and sustained across the full lifecycle.

Market Partners

Our market partners play a critical role in implementing and scaling technology solutions. They train local teams, engage with functional and technical specialists, and ensure that the benefits of what is built reach every citizen.

We play a convening role, bringing in both non-profits and commercial entities that can leverage our open source platform, DIGIT & advisory services to contribute to citizen-focused improvements. eGov supports them with solution workshops, implementation play books, hands-on training, pre-sales toolkit, and platform consulting.

Multilateral Partners

Multilateral institutions support governments through funding, strategic guidance, and global expertise. Their involvement enables alignment across stakeholders and supports the adoption of digital public infrastructure at scale.
