Steve Odhiambo is a digital transformation expert with over a decade of experience partnering with governments across Africa to deliver smarter, more citizen-centred public services. As Associate Director – Growth & Partnerships, Africa at eGov Global, he drives the relationships and strategies that turn Digital Public Infrastructure from concept into reality — bridging government agencies, technology partners, and community leaders around a shared vision for accessible, efficient public service delivery.

Throughout his career, Steve has led initiatives across the continent that harness DPI to fundamentally improve how governments operate and how citizens experience them. He is particularly passionate about data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within public sector institutions. At the heart of Steve’s approach is a firm belief that digital transformation is a people story — one that demands changing mindsets as much as systems, and cultivating ecosystems where innovation and collaboration can take root and thrive across Africa’s public sector.
