Santhosh Sampige

Santhosh is the CEO of eGov Global.  He is a deeply collaborative, consensus-oriented leader and is known for bringing together diverse stakeholders, listening carefully, and building shared ownership of outcomes rather than driving change through hierarchy or force of authority. 

He comes with 27 years of experience across IT and engineering services, spanning delivery leadership, P&L ownership, global sales, and strategic account management. . He spent 13 years in the US in front-office commercial roles serving enterprise and public sector clients, and over the last decade in India has led end-to-end business and delivery organisations, scaling distributed teams and driving predictable execution across complex programs. His experience spans Cloud, AI/ML, Security, and Digital Transformation, with responsibility for multi-million-dollar P&Ls. Santosh is a serious cyclist (clocking over 250 km a week), an avid trekker, and an excellent singer!
