Mathew brings over 10 years of experience across industries such as Ed-Tech, IT, Manufacturing, and the Non-Profit sector. A SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), he has worked with organizations including Think & Learn, Vedanta Resources, Tata Trusts, and Infosys, leading initiatives across talent development, employee engagement, leadership building, and organizational culture.

Mathew holds an MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a B.Tech from Amrita School of Engineering. He is also certified in HR Analytics by AON Hewitt and in Job Evaluation by Korn Ferry.
