Herve Muneza

Hervé Muneza is a Program Manager at  eGov Global based in Mozambique, where he works with governments and partners across Africa on digital public systems, particularly in digital health and government service delivery. His work focuses on helping teams design and implement practical digital solutions that make public services more accessible and effective.

Before joining eGov, Hervé worked at  Deloitte as a Manager leading digital projects focused on operational improvement, cost management, and process optimization. Earlier in his career, he worked as a developer for a leading bank in Mozambique and later for CDS, a  Hewlett Packard Enterprise company in Spain. He also taught computer science courses at the university level, an experience that strengthened his passion for learning, mentorship, and helping others grow.
