Feliciano is a results-driven FullStack Developer with over six years of experience building software across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms. Currently working as a Hub Software Engineer at eGov Global, he supports the implementation of digital solutions for public health and government services, contributing to technology projects implemented locally.

Prior to eGov, he has worked across some of Mozambique’s most recognised organisations — including Vodacom M-Pesa, Deloitte, and Maputo Port Development Company — delivering solutions spanning financial services, technology auditing, process automation, and systems development. Feliciano is deeply passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
