Bisoya Loitongbam

Bisoya Loitongbam, as the Director for Program Implementation at eGov Foundation, leads the execution of critical initiatives for the 10bed ICU program—eGov’s flagship health platform dedicated to enhancing public healthcare infrastructure.

She brings over 16 years of expertise in social development and public policy, with deep experience spanning government programs, donor-funded initiatives, grant management, and financial services. Prior to joining eGov, Bisoya made significant contributions at leading organizations such as ICICI Prudential, Ministry of Rural Development, United Nations Development Programme, Azim Premji Foundation, Ernst & Young, GIZ, and Transforming Rural India Foundation. Her major focus areas have included the design and delivery of large-scale public projects, capacity building, and impact-driven program management, consistently driving innovative and sustainable growth across sectors.

Bisoya’s career is marked by her commitment to inclusive and systemic change, leveraging collaborative leadership and evidence-based solutions to advance India’s development agenda.
